Email support@becomingdaily.app. In the app you can also go to Settings → Report a Problem, which adds your app and iOS version (never your notes).

Common questions

Are my recordings uploaded? No. Recordings stay on your iPhone, and speech is transcribed on the device.

What does AI see? The text of your notes and your cards, sent to OpenAI to suggest skill cards. See the Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my account? Settings → Account Settings → Delete Account. You will confirm with Apple once more.

Why didn't a suggestion appear? The app organizes a few minutes after you stop writing, and only when it finds something specific in your own words.
